Never shy to pick up the paintbrush, hammer, drill , or tile saw , I have tackled all projects with an I can do it attitude. From sewing , to tile and carpentry work I am a JILL of all trades.
I love decorating for kid only spaces they are always so open to fun schemes and whimsical touches.
This is my first step, I will do some local advertising door to door, with a small flyer and business card refering people to my blog and srevices, in hope they need help, we live in a huge all new construction area, hundreds of houses are new and being built, so there should be loads of work. I figured this blog couldn't hurt. I am just putting myself out there before I am out there.
I have been loving your blog also. I have a business in design as well. I started about 3 years ago and have been fortunate enough to stay busy, sometimes, most of the time, too busy. Its a crazy, challenging business, but I absolutely love it. I can get wholesale, and into market now, but I was so clueless at the beginning. I am about to seperate my blog as well. A lot of my clients ask if I have a website, so your doing the right thing.

Welcome to CK Interiors
Please feel free to take a look at my work , thanks for stopping by
A standard oak staircase had the carpeting removed and painted in a classic colour scheme, as well a berber runner was added for softness , much less expensive than re-surfacing
Adding a good mix of pieces and casual fabrics creates a comfortable and not stuffy living room , the fussy off limits room is dead not to mention a waste of space.
"great design is not unattainable"
Painted stock cabinets with trim moulding creates an affordable custom kitchen , don't fear painting your old dated wood cabinets , can you add an island ? charming lighting?
This is a void behind the tub that I utilized to provide storage
Mudroom before
Mudroom after
Adding beadboard trim , hooks and shelving makes this mudroom very hard working , adding a chalkboard adds a fun and youthful sense of humor
Welcome...I'm glad you're here. I'm Chris and I love home design, DIY, wood work & makeovers on a budget. I hope you can get some inspiration or know how here...thanks for stopping by.
